Aluminum Pannier Case for CFMOTO Motorcycle

In 2013, we received the order from CFMOTO Motorcycle for 28L motorcycle side cases to be equipped to their Beijing 119 Firemotorcycles.

     CFMOTO Motorcycle was adamant about the aluminum case color, and required that we design a bracket for them.

     They first sent one of their motorcycles to us for design and development. Our engineers then immediately set to work

     designing aluminum cases, and modified ecisiting products based on the specific motorcycle style. After 2 weeks, we producedside case samples for the customer. They tested the cases in a range of road tests, which passed with flying colors. Thecustomer then placed. an order for 500 sets of aluminum side cases.

     CFMOTO Motorcycle needed us to customize the colors of the cases to match the red body of the motorcycle. As our

     motorcycle side cases and top boxes are made using silver aluminum sheets, our technical workers had to experiment withdifferent pigments in order to meet the customer's requirements.

     In November 2016, after the first order, CFMOTO Motorcycle ordered another 1,000 top boxes and racks for their fire

     motorcycles, and required the order bt complete by December 30th. Despite the short timetable, our experienced employeesmade samples of the top boxes for the customers in a 2 week period, and these boxes passed all customer test. After receivingthe approval, we completed the order on time.

     The capacity of these boxes is 28L, which is the same as our original products, but these boxes are shorted with more holes toinstall different equipment systems, such as a traffic recorder, video transmission, wireless communication and. more..

In the next few years, CFMOTO returned to us again. this time for side cases and modified, small top boxes for the CF650 andCF40OJ motorcycles. Like the previous cases, we customized the colors as per their requirements.
