Aluminum Pannier Case for Royal Enfield Motorcycle

In July of 2015, we received an inquiry from Royal Enfield in India.They were looking for aluminum side cases for quick attachmentand detachment and they hoped we could quote them a reasonableprice.

After a month's communication, we learned that their motorcycle model is Himalayan. However, we did not have the properbracket to install the aluminum side cases on this motorcycle. The customer gave us the design of the bracket and required usto produce the motorcycle bracket according to their design. They informed us that they planned to order 800 suits of the cases,and they hoped to get a sample as soon as possible for further tests.

After receiving the designs, our company created several samples for the customers immediately and sent them for testing. Thecustomer was satisfied with the performance of our motorcycie bracket, and arranged a visit to our factory.

The customer finally ordered 500 trial orders in December 2016 and required us to complete the delivery in February 2017.When the delivery was finished, the customer came to our factory again for inspection and acceptance.
